Two brothers chefs and a sourdough-obsessed baker bonded over confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic in Rosario City, Argentina.

In the search to support themselves and their friends in Rosario´s kitchens, they created this venture that evolved over time into something bigger: the first sourdough pizzeria in the city and the province.

Two years later, overcoming the pandemic and the collateral financial consequences, they moved from the takeout kitchen to a restaurant.
